Our use of cookies

When we provide services, we want to make them easy, useful and reliable. Where services are delivered on the internet, this sometimes involves placing small amounts of information on your device, for example, your computer or mobile phone. These include small files known as cookies. These pieces of information are used to improve services for you. It is possible to disable cookies via your browser's settings however, Kallidus Recruit will not function if this is done.

There are two types of cookies you may encounter when using this site:

First party cookies: these are our own cookies, controlled by us and used to provide information about usage of our site. Third party cookies: these are cookies found in other companies' internet tools which we are using to enhance our site.

First party cookies (Necessary cookies)

Kallidus Recruit uses cookies in several places - we've listed each of them below with more details about why we use them.

Session Id CP_SessionId (Until browser is closed) This is an essential cookie used to allow you to be recognized within this website, so any page changes or item or data selection and entry is remembered from page to page. It is also used to relate and restrict your activity to your specific account whilst you are logged in.
New Relic JSESSIONID (Until browser is closed) JSESSIONID is an ID generated by New Relic and used for session management in a J2EE web application for http protocol. This cookie is used for system performance monitoring purposes.
Authentication cookies .AspNet.ExternalCookie (Until browser is closed) Kallidus Recruit supports various authentication mechanisms, e.g. via LinkedIn, Facebook, Google or Microsoft. This cookie is used as part of the authentication mechanism if you use a third party login provider and is required to allow you to login.
Source tracking SourceTracking (1 day) This cookie is used to capture and store your original Referrer and Landing URL when you first land on a Kallidus Recruit client careers vacancy. The cookie is used to capture your original application source, even if you navigate to other pages and then return to apply later, so clients can measure the effectiveness of their job advertising.

These cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use Kallidus Recruit. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come to the site from and the pages they visited. These cookies are associated with Google Analytics. The cookies distinguish unique users by assigning a randomly generated number as a client identifier. They are included in each page request in a site and used to calculate visitor's session and campaign data for the sites' analytics reports. _gat is used to throttle the request rate - limiting the collection of data on high traffic sites. Some clients embed content which is hosted on third party sites, such as videos from YouTube or Vimeo. In some cases, these providers may set cookies on your computer once you click on the video player.

For clients using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. This mode may set cookies on your computer once you click on the YouTube video player, but YouTube will not store personally-identifiable cookie information for playbacks of embedded videos using the privacy-enhanced mode.

For clients using Vimeo, when you press play Vimeo will drop third party cookies to enable the video to play and to collect analytics data such as how long a viewer has watched the video. These cookies do not track individuals.

Assessment providers – in most cases, third party assessments are not embedded within the application, but are usually accessed after logging in to the Kallidus Recruit candidate portal via a link. These providers may use various cookies – see the cookie policy of the relevant third party assessment provider for more information.

How do I change my cookie settings?

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking on the Cookies link or icon. You can then adjust the available sliders to ‘On’ or ‘Off’, then clicking ‘Save and close’. You may need to refresh your page for your settings to take effect.
